Q: why can't I select the type of steak i want in my package?

A: Currently, our product is pre-packaged so selecting a specific cut is not available. Rest assured you will receive two of the highest-quality 8 OZ WAGYU beef steaks available, in addition to the ground burger.

Q: why Do you only offer three-day shipping?

A: Our Premium ships FedEx Ground to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

*Orders received after 12 noon Central Time will ship the following day.

Q: what days do you ship?

A: We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders received after 12 noon (CT) on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.
